Rotators:
A rotator (or rotor) is a mechanical device that moves your antenna in order to receive stations broadcast from different locations. These units come in two parts-The motor and the indoor control box. Some models are manual, and some can be programmed to a compass direction. The programmable units are much less of a pain than the manual units. The two pieces are connected with 3-conductor rotor wire. This is available at a well-stocked electronics store, or an antenna service company. Most if not all rotors are connected with "Rotor wire". Rotor wire consists of a 3 conductor wire which feeds from the rotor back to the rotor control box. Some rotor control boxes are a manual switch, but most are a remote controlled position-er to rotate your antenna 360 degrees. You can also program positions, which you assign the TV channel number. I'm using a Channel Master 9521A which work great.
