Default Bow Tie Antenna

I just bought a two panel UHF bowtie type antenna. I want to point one at Buffalo and one at Toronto. There are only minimal instructions for assembly and nothing for installing and mounting. I'm almost embarassed to ask but which side of the antenna faces the stations, the bow tie side or the grid panel side.

Thanks

Thanks for the reply. I'm glad I asked because I was kind of leaning the other way.
