HD Antenna + SV800HD

Hi Folks. I have an OTA antenna, modelTV2BUHF UHF Antenna (for digital and analog reception). I was wondering how do I go about setting it up with SVHD. Installing the antenna and running the cable is no problem. I am not familiar with the SV when it comes to hooking it up. On my Pansat HD it gave me that option and just needed to scan but with the SV where do I start !!

You connect the cable into the antenna input on the SV8000. Then on the SV bring up the menu and select dtv scan. Then select "UHF" on the mode type and then push OK to start the scan. Hopefully you will get lots of stations :) Good luck.
