I moved your posts into your own thread...

If you a re talking about OTA (Over0the Air) reception of digital TV channels you need to install an Antenna (outside antennas works best) and a Digital Converter box that allows you to convert analog signals to the new digital format...

If you have a relatively new TV set it may already contain an internal digital converter...

Please post more info on exactly what you are trying to achieve...
